we finally got our austin. Picked him up on Friday night.. had some accidents in the house but it is our fault for not really know how to schedule his potty time! he is the cutest thing in the world, already loves to watch TV! it is pretty cold up here right now so he is still a little unsure about going outside but he loves his play time for sure! just a question, he occasionally gets Hiccups during the day. Not really after he eats just kind of a few times a day when he is sleeping. I called the breeder she said not to worry that it is ok. I am sure I am just being paranoid but just wanted to make sure. He doesn't really seem to mind just wanted to know what you all think. Are these hiccups?

Duke used to get hiccups all the time too. He has grown out of it thankfully. I felt bad for him and worried about him. I think it is pretty normal, I have read other posts that say it is ok.

Welcome little Austin!

Hicuups are normal - I was worried too; I thought that there was something wrong with Chloe... She's 16 weeks now - and still gets them (only after meals though). You'll aslo find that he sleeps a lot... I worried about that too; or especially when sometimes she would breathe super loud & sore, while other times she was as quiet as a mouse... But she's is a strong happy girl - and everything is normal.

Have lots of fun with your little guy! :D
