Sachi is two and has started doing the same thing recently...although not with stuffed animals, but rather other things, such as the couch or side of our bed (she stands on her hind legs with her front feet on the bed and goes to town). I have found that distracting her with a toy or something else gets her attention and she soon forgets what she is doing. But I must admit it is amusing!

Boxer Insane
My very easy going boy Fraze will tolerate all kinds of nonsense but humping is out! A young dog tried yesterday and was kindly, but very firmly, put in his place by Fraze. The owner came running up and some bystanders explained that Fraze was doing her dog a favour by letting him know this was not ok. The woman was horrified and said she needed to take all his stuffed toys away because he humps them all LOL-I took pity on the poor boy and asked his Mom not to take all his toys away 
as this too shall pass... Fraze never did this but both my girls would go to town on their toys
