Totally understand - I used to suffer through allergy season without taking anything because I didn't like the idea of popping pills all the time, but just couldn't take it anymore. I guess we medicate our dogs the way we medicate ourselves!

We are trying raw unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar to try and help with the tear stains. We just started last week - so I will keep you posted. Apple Cider Vinegar is supposed to have many health benefits...we'll see.

Hey, another use for apple cider vinegar is to rise your dogs with it. My mom has 3 Shelties and she rinses them with that after she baths them. She swears it makes their coat shiny and more easy to comb. Her friend, who is a groomer, also uses it.
