Eye Discharge

Hi all! Another question for you. :( I have an 11 month old, that has suffered from allergies and we think we have those figured out and they are food related, but today I noticed one of her eyes is a little red with a thick greenish/white discharge? Any suggestions?

i would take a warm cloth and gently wipe the discharge away and keep doing it and watch to see if it starts to disappear if not have it looked at could be anthing from a piece of dirt in there to maybe she scatched herself as long as both eyes dont have it i would watch it for a day or two.

my dog still has eye discharge and shes 2 yrs old
brought her to optomotrist
he found the eye lids rolled in a little bit clogging a hole which would then cause a discharge
its just a clear discharge though
so its not a n infection
he said even if they surgically fix that it may still continue
so unless its of big concern to me or bothersome to her they said to leave as is and just wipe it away
i find she rarely has discharge when out of the house
its weird
but if ur getting discharge other then clear color id get it checked
