Excited peeing or submissive

Hello, Miss Ruby stays with pet sitters when we take a vacation. She does well with other dogs. The issue is excited peeing. Never does this with us but when she meets new people, she pees a little. Ginger did this and she outgrew it. So at the sitters house she will literally pee in their home the first day. They say she’s excited.. they let her out to potty a lot. This is her second time staying there. They are lovely couple in their 60’s. After the first day Ruby settles in and doesn’t urinate in their home. Last time we had a urine sample done and there is nothing wrong with her. It’s a behavioral thing. The sitters are understanding and say its okay and welcome back. But there will be a time when they get tired of it. Any advice to break this habit?

it's a submissive behavior. They do usually grow out of it. Its best that they initially great her outside and they should crouch down to greet her, not bend over her.
