That won't hurt the situation at all
It's very likely to help, in fact. It's all about creating positive associations with the crate as a relatively pleasant and non-stressful place for her to be. Treats and food in there can only assist that.
You could also spend a bit of time playing games with her in and out of the crate (without closing the door) and pop her in there - still door open - if she ever crashes out for a nap elsewhere. When shes relaxed and happy with all that, then you should be able to shut the door without undue fuss. Practicing several times daily is a good idea
