Picked Up My Baby
Well my boy is home and happy as ever
. The vet said he sent the removed tissue to the pathologist and would give me a call when the results came back. We have to take him back on the 24th to get stitches removed. He was back in the bed with us last night exhausted from 2 days at the vet. We are sooooo glad to have our bed buddy back.....Thanks for all the healing vibes and I will let everyone know how the pathologist results come out...

Don't know if it's the same thing or not
but my rescue Sampson's front two nipples are about as big around as nickels and flat, soft and floppy. They are very weird looking, and he gets alot of comments on them. My vet said she has seen the same thing in other dogs before, and it's no big deal, just looks weird!

My Dryfus's Nipple became enlarged just about the size of a pea and hard, it was just the nipple and none of the surrounding tissue. Within 2-3 days of it being noticed I had it biopsied and it turned out to be a mast cell tumur. Dryfus had it removed through surgury 4 days ago. I say better safe than sorry, if it is worrying you have it byopsied. Good luck.
