Boxer Pal
Hi everyone. I lost my baby boy 3 weeks ago to lymphoma. He was 6 years old. Between the start of him drinking a little more water than usual and when I put him down, it was one week.

So I noticed every little thing about my girl and it appeared she had some random pale gums/lips and started with a minor cough (maybe 2-3 times a day she would cough once). I also *think* her chest cavity looks enlarged so I was concerned with heart problems.

I brought her to the vet yesterday for a full check-up and blood panel. Everything is good - heart and lungs sound great, no fever, everything palpates normal. HW test negative. Her bloodwork comes back and her Eosinophils are very elevated (normal can be 0) and Amylase is VERY high (3200). Everything else is fine.

After discussing her history, the only thing we can come up with is possibly a MCT on her pancreas or pancreatic cancer. Problem is, she is showing no symptoms of pancreatitis other than the bloodwork. Vet suggests next step is ultrasound. I can't afford that right away so I'm doing as much as I can to make sure she doesn't get worse.

Prozyme
Benedryl
Fenbendazole (just in case there is some sort of parasite we didn't see)

Can anyone give me some insight? I'm hoping to be able to borrow money for the test to be done this coming Tues.
