Maybe obsessive/compulsive?
I read in Dog Fancy Magazine that obsessive/compulsive disorder (OCD) is common in dogs. One of the signs to look for was excessive grass eating, biting rocks, among other things. Tyra eats grass all the time. As we walk her she likes to sample everyones lawn. I sometimes think she has OCD. She was a rescue and came to us with some baggage. I wonder.
