Ears

Does anyone know if having bad ears a lot of the time is common in boxers he has ear drop and a month later there bad again.

I don't believe it is particularly common, no. But not unheard of either. I presume that by "bad ears" you mean an infection of some sort?

It could be a yeast infection in the ear as opposed to a bacterial infection.
This can be common if their ears get wet and are not dried properly.
