Ears!!!!

I seen lots of post about taping ears and massaging ears. I was wondering is it too late to tape your dogs ears at one years old?... if not what type of tape do you use? And for what period of time do you keep it taped? I've done it over night before and they last a day then go back to flying.

Any suggestions?

I would think that it is too late, but it can't hurt.

Sorry for the late reply. I badly broke my ankle and just got home from hospital.

As far a tape is concerned, I would think any type of first aid tape would do.

Assuming you are talking about taping natural ears, but either way, a year may be too late. It really depends on the ear leather of the dog, and many dogs are different. Most dogs ears are pretty set at a year old. If you are going to try it however, use a porous (athletic) tape like so the skin can breath. Otherwise you risk bacterial growth and sores. I prefer the Johnson and Johnson 1" Zonas tape.
