Okay, so far all the droopy eyes are flashy fawns. Anybody out there with a black-face, brindle or white boxer with droopy eyes?Again, just curious. I wouldn't have my guys eyes fixed either. Makes him sort of cute in a sad looking sort of way.

My black face boys eyes droop when he is tired, bored or just plain pouting, (he does this when he is late for his nightly walk) they have a third eye lid and this is the one that droops. My vet told me it is nothing to worry about unless it gets really red or enflamed. I thing Chaos does it on purpose just to get attention!! LOL

My 12 week old has droopy eyes. He is fawn (not flashy) with a black mask. His eyes look this way whether he is tired or not.

Okay. So it's not just found in the flashy fawns. Interesting! Guess it's just an individual trait like freckles. Some have 'em and some don't.

Are we talking about the upper eyelid or the lower, which would show the haw color? If it is the lower my plain fawn female droops. Less so now that she is a little older, but always when she is tired. Her vet says that unless they become a problem to her nothing should be done with them. If I am understanding the latest ABC recommendation to the AKC - judge on conformation not on asthetic flaws, like haws. I made a funny!

Yeah, and they shouldn't put their paws in their haws either. Tee hee. Ok. Sorry about that one. I got carried away. I believe we're talking about the lower lid.

Droopy-eyed flashy Brindle...

My Otis is a very droopy-eyed brindle. In fact, one eye droops considerably more than the other, and has since he was a young puppy. Seems to be getting more pronounced as he gets older and larger, but doesn't seem to cause him any discomfort. I would think that this condition would lend itself to a dry-eye syndrome, which could cause irritation, but haven't really noticed Otis being affected. Would appreciate any response from anyone experience bad things from this condition.
