Dozer finally came home on New Years Eve... We went on Vacation to the States and left him with a fellow Boxer Worlder! (thanks again Peanuts mom)
The first few days home he was sleeping all day and we couldn't figure out if he was just tired from playing with another boxer for the last ten days and needed some rest or if he was depressed and then we noticed that he was not eating! Which really freaked me out so we started doing some tests with him...

Asking his buddy next door to come out and play with him...Dozer just SAT there! Which as many of you know is NOT typical of boxers! Especially not MINE! Then we got our cat to play with him he just let her chew on his face and did NOTHING which is wierd because most of the time he would be chewing on her and they would be running through the house playing! Okay so at this point I am scared out of my mind until I wake up this morning and get him out of his bed he is all wiggles and licks!

I really think he just misses his friend which only makes me stand by my conviction that he needs a new friend when we get back to the states. So it is final Dozer is going to get a sister and I will be a crew of 2 dogs 2 cats 2 kids and 2 adult's! I guess I sort of have a thing with even numbers!

Peanuts Mom- If you see this tell Peanut Dozer is missing him lots! And we got our luggage too so if you want us too drop of the stuff we got for you just let me know when! Thanks again!

haha Peanut misses Dozer too. The first day he layed around and did nothing. He would get up every once in a while and go to where Dozer's kennel was and just stand there and stare. :)
They had tons of fun together. Though the hubby says no way are we getting two boxers unless we have a yard to put them in to let them play at times. Both of them running around the living room 10 hours a day was to much for him. :)

Peanut and Dozer sound so cute together! :)

I know all too well the depressed mood that follows a visit to one of Panzer's buddies! Both his cousin Brooklyn (Boxer) and best gal Sadie (Pit Bull) were around him for the holidays. It was a constant state of play -- Christmas morning was so hectic with all the dogs that we made them go out to play.

Panzer's over missing his buddies for now. We've been spoiling him with lots of treats and new toys.
