don't know what to feed bailey

My boxer is 5 1/2 months old now and she has been eating science diet. She has neevr really eaten much, but after reading messages on this site science diet isn't that great. I wanted to change her food, but i don't know what is good for her. She also suffers from mange, which we are in the process of doing dips for. I want someting that will help her coat. Thanks so much!

We feed Eagle Pack Holistic. It's a super premium food, all natural. My boys love it. They have a web site you can check out. I know of Chicken soup, nutro natural, Canadie. Make sure you get a high quality food, If you do a search here on BW you will find some great info on the foods.

You're right, science diet doesn't get great reviews, and really isn't a premium food at all. There are quite a few options for a good quality food though - so the best thing you can do is research

Boxerworld has a powerful search engine, and feeding is a topic frequently discussed, so you'll find there is a ton of information to be had just by searching the site. As for the mange - have you considered a raw/natural diet to help build her immune system? If you're interested by that, there's a ton of information to be found in the BARF forum
