as far as im concerned thats animal cruelty and should be reported. i cant even imagine doing that to my dogs id love to put a huge weight around his neck and make him drag it around. this is yet another reason why certain people should not be allowed near any animal.

I can't imagine going to that extreme to make your dog more muscular. People like this are the one's giving Boxers a bad name.

If this Boxer was under developed and really needed to be built up for skeletal, health reasons, etc. I would think a pulling harness and weights would be far better, humane choice.
