Dog Walker Needed- Stansbury Park, UT

Does anyone know how I could find a good dog walker. We don't know many of our neighbors that are home during the day that like dogs. I want to find someone I can trust since they will be entering my home.

I only want someone to let my dog out around lunch time to go potty and to play a few minutes or go on a short walk.

Also, what fee is reasonable for this service?

A good place to start would be your vet. They may just have the info you need, or direct you to someone who may be able to give you that info. If you have attended dog obedience classes, or taken your dog to a groomer, they may also be able to provide some leads.

You might also check with a boarding facility, they may also be able to help.

I would guess the price would vary, depending upon where you live.

When we go away, and don't take the Indy or Ava, we have a lady who house sits and takes care of the dogs. She stays at night, and her husband stays here as well. They get fed and let out in the morning, then she works mornings as a waitress.

She is back to our home by noon, and lets them out for a while. She enjoys playing with them, and may them for a walk or a ride in the afternoon.

We pay her about thirty dollars per day, which is what it would cost to board them.
