Many of you have inquired where we had Caesar, Athena and Nittany's pictures taken. This is somethng sponsored by SPCA and Humane societies as fund raisers. They hook up with Walmart or Kmart stores(in our area) and possibly some others and flyers are usually available in the store, then you call the 88 number and schedule an appointment and show up with your pet,
They have a small trialer set up like a portrait studio for dogs, you go in sit the dogs(cats, pets) down they squeak a toy for the dogs attention and snap the picture, the cost is $5/animal and then they give you a pick up date at which time you go back and pick up the photos. They do sell wallets and extra prints for an additional charge. I will look out for the next one in our area and post the info so others may take advantage of this wonderful and inexpensive service.

I just love the expression on their cute little faces! The Walmart by me has never participated in anything like this, and I am going to suggest they do!

WalMart Photos

The WalMart here in New Castle, PA actually does pet photos anytime, just like you would with your kids. We have been tossing around the idea of taking Sigmund but I don't think he will sit there long enough!!! LOL
I think the prices are about the same as kid pics.

That picture could be on the front page of a calender. It is priceless! I'm going to suggest the idea to our local KMart, Walmart and PetSmart. (Our Petsmart only does photos with Santa  )
