That happened with my pup...
That happened with my pup who is 3months old, Katanna, she wouldn't walk, and would always pull back to try to get home, or else just sit down on the road, but now she walks but is pulling!! she will be going to training classes as soon as she is old enough. But I guess they get more brave or soemthign then start to walk. When Katanna was still scared we bought her a harness, because the dog trainer Katanna will be going to said then you can lightly pull on it because it goes around her body aswell. So that could help.
