Buddy snores so loud that some nights it is very hard for anyone else to sleep around here. He only snores at night never during the day when he naps. One night I was dreaming that there was a transport truck in my driveway trying to start up. I woke up and I could still hear the noise. It took me a few minutes to realize that it was Buddy snoring away. I miss many a nights sleep because of his snoring and it's worse when my husband joins in. It doesn't seem to help to wake Buddy as he just goes right back to sleep and starts snoring. Does your Boxer snore this loud?

YES!!!!!!!!!! Ruby snores all the time. We were told Boxers snore when they are puppies, stop when they are adults, then start to snore again into old age. Ruby is 2 years old and snores more than ever! Last night she was also barking very softly and growling in her sleep. So cute!

I have had Boxers that snored, very loudly. When I saw the topic, my immediate reaction was "like a freight train!" Ruby isn't bad, but I too sometimes have a snore contest between my husband and boxer. Its funny that the Labs almost never snore.

Neither Indy nor Beauty snores! However, they crowd you out of the bed, they run in their sleep, they make whimper noises, they twitch, etc.! I just love them!!!!

Debo snores and sucks his lips making him an irritable bed companion! That's why I kick him out of the bed everynight before I'm ready to lay down! Such a mean ole' mommy!!! :)

Maggie snores, whimpers, barks, eats, farts, howls, wiggles her tail and moves her feet like she's running all the time while sleeping. She's quite the active dreamer. I especially love it when she puts her head next to mine on my pillow, sleeps on her back like a human and snores up a storm!! No wonder I have bags under my eyes! But you know what? I wouldn't trade that little snoring, whimpering, barking eating, farting howling running and wiggling little girl for anything else in the world!

All mine have snored at some point.
Usually if my boxers snore, it is because of the position of their head(s). Try changing the dogs position. It might or might not work.

I can get my dogs to quit snoring easier than my hubby!! LOL

Our current Boxers are fairly quiet sleepers for Boxers but Tess used to snore all night, every night, very loudly. After a while we got used to it but she used to keep visitors wide awake :) She went to the Rainbow Bridge at 14 years of age and for weeks afterwards I could not sleep becuase I missed her snoring so much. Amy used to snore very well when she was a puppy and I loved it but she has outgrown it and I'm more used to silent nights again :)
