Does your Boxer have a favorite breed of dog?

Ty loves JRTs. My parents have a JRT/Chihuahua mix who is Ty's best buddy, besides Peyton and whenever he sees a JRT, he goes nuts trying to play with it. Peyton gets a bit dominant with little dogs, but overall seems to like them all-big or small.

Rocky gets along with all dogs but he especially loves the pugs. I think it's because they're so playful.
He was raised with my mothers two pugs. But it seems no matter where we are...he is drawn to them.

Fiona LOVES German Sheppards. Our trainer has one and we let them play after every class and now she goes nuts when she sees a sheppard, she thinks they all want to play with her.

i can tell you gillys least fave....border collies...we do agility and its just too many border collies...were usually the only boxer at trials

JRT's for Reba

Reba's best friend is her "cousin" Buddy, a shorty Jack. He fits right under her chest and they love each other. They run and play and have a great time together.

Sammy's BF in her first obedience classes was a frenchie. They loved each other and I've really never again seen her so drawn to one particular dog before!

Loki's bestfriends are his cousins, (my parents' dogs) Fredo,a Yorkie and Sport, a Maltese. He lets those little guys beat him up and chase him around, its so funny. The two little ones way about 12 pounds together and they really bully my 70 pound boxer boy! He's gentle with the little guys!
When it comes to stranger dogs, Loki loves boxer females for playmates, even though he is fixed.

Roxie loves her brother Belvedere, he is a big (i.e., 30lbs) Boston Terrier. I think Boxers and Bostons are a great combination.

Bruce's two best friends in the UK were both black labs: we used to meet up every morning, and the 3 of them would run around non-stop - running along all holding onto the same toy! He likes most other dogs, but for some reason seems to take a bit of a dislike to weimaraners - must date back to their german ancestry or something!

Siren ADORES min pins - but that is because she lives with one. There can be a group of boxers - and she'll go straight for the pin every time. It's what she's comfortable with!
