Great poll. So far it looks like they come WHENEVER they feel like it!

It depends on the tone of my voice. If I'm just calling him with my regular voice it's about a 50-50 shot he'll come. If I use my "mommy's mad" voice though the odds increase to about 90-10.

Lucy comes when I call her, but this is after three LONG years of training!

Junior is really good about coming when called. He has scooted out if the garage (accidentally left open) before if he feels like harasssing the neighbor but mostly will just woof and come right back.

It depends!!!!

It depends on what Gintys doing at the time!!!!!

If shes sleeping , then she will peep with one eye to see if I mean it, then sigh and then come.

If shes chasing a cat in the garden , then
she hears nothing !!!

If I am calling them to get out of something or if they know thay are being bad they look at me like "yea right" anytime else they will come to me

Well, I see we have several well trained Boxers.

I count going after the cat, as going in the opposite direction.

Actually I think Chloe has forgotten her name altogether. She ignores me so bad that I thought maybe she had hearing problems, but if I say "treat" she will come running from the furthest end of the house.
