Does he have a cold?

Hi,
My puppy, Vinnie gets a really runny nose and sneezes whenever he goes outside at the moment. Does anyone have any info on what this could be or how I can stop/prevent it?
He has had all his jabs including kennel cough.

If his nose runs and he sneezes when he's outside it's more likely allergies. It's really bad this time of year.

When Maximus had a cold/infection his nose discharge was yellow, we were always told if it was clear then he was ok, just like us humans

if the discharge is clear and his nose remains cool to the touch, then he is okay.
however, if this is not the case then it might be a good job to take him to the vet.
