Does anyones boxer bark at the broom??

Broom, mop, vacuum, rake, shovel...you name it, my Diesel dork tries to kill it. I figure he's just telling me the house is clean enough and I don't have to do anymore cleaning.

Jade loves to pounce at the broom and vacuum I think that she thinks they are a different kind of toy, I can usually get her to leave them alone so I can finish cleaning up but trying to rake the yard is a different story, she goes nuts while I'm raking trying to attack the rake, it is quite comical. Mowing or weed whipping is the worst, it takes FOREVER to finish if she's outside cuz she is always trying to bite the wheels on the mower and barks at the weed whip.

My two don't mind the vacuum but did like to chase the broom. I finally broke them of that - now they wait patiently while I sweep and then stick their noses in the pile (checking to make sure I am not about to throw away anything they want to eat). This usually means sweeping the same stuff up at least twice.

The real fun is the snow shovel. They chase that shovel back and forth like crazy. We have a long driveway (and no snow blower) so this is great fun and exercise for everyone involved.
