Razz lately has been throwing up. It's when she gets really excited usually. It's mostly water and her food from last night. We went for a walk today and she did it 3 times on the walk. She drinks really fast so I was thinking she got some air in there and it's like she feels like she has to burp but instead pukes. Is it something I need to worry about?

Yeah I was thinking she should go. This is my first boxer so I wasn't sure if it was a trait or not. I had a great dane that did the same thing. He was supposed to lay down for an hour after eating so he wouldn't do that and to prevent bloat. I was wondering if it was the same thing for her. I am going to call tomorrow morning for an appointment if she still does it.

Maybe Ck What He Is Eating, I Had A Dog That Had A Sensitive Stomach, To Much Salt Or By Product, He Would Throw Up Bile Type.

But, Keep in mind that Boxers like Great Danes are also prone to bloat....my boy has vomited before, but not that frequently in one day without something being wrong....it is always wise to play the safe side and take the pup to the vet....just my opinion:) Good Luck

Barfing

Mr T barfs when he's been running or excited and drinks his water to fast. Seems like alot of people ask barfing questions. Sometimes he'll barf in the middle of the night. Lovely thing to wake up to. Maybe it's just something they do, cause he is healthy. I remember wondering why my kids barfed when they were younger. Sometimes we just have to barf.

My friends boxer does this too

My friend has a 10 mo old boxer that also pukes up water when she drinks too much too fast on an empty stomach. She will also barf her food if she is too excited. The vet said that it was stress and to not let her drink too much at one time and not to let her drink or eat until she is calm and to let her rest for 1/2 hour after eating (not play). While it hasnt eliminated it, it has helped alot
