Do your dogs like antlers?

Clare loves them and it has taken care of the plaque build-up on her teeth!!

Yes they are expensive, but I think well worth it.

We used to have nylabones, but they would get so rough and she would end up with a bloody mouth.

My dogs love antlers. The cheapest I can find them is about $8 for a small antler but it lasts months. They prefer bully sticks (and devour them in a half hour) but always carry around their antlers. I take them away sometimes because Raiden likes to throw them across the floor, which is irritating when I'm trying to get my baby to sleep. They have access to them at least for one good chew session a day though and I also give Raiden his when he is in his crate when we aren't home.

I started Deja on the split antlers first. Once she got the hang of them, I introduced her to the whole ones. She loves both kinds, now.

The half bones are a great way to gain interest. I have a hard time finding them.
