Oh what a special boy you have! I'm jealous, no little ones to protect. But then we get him all to ourselves. Great for sticking up for him, non animal people get so stupid sometimes. Most owners know their dogs well enough to know what they are safe with.

Everything okay? I am wondering if your baby has come since you have not been on in a couple days.

All my best to you, you are in my thoughts-

I'm still waiting on my baby!!!

Roxy's mama - I've had computer issues and just got back online today. Thanks for checking on me! Thanks so much for everyone's advice and concern! I know I can always turn to the wonderful ppl here at BW for support!

Buster is STILL hanging around every chance he gets. Which is always!! He just wants to lay right next to me in the bed and when he first gets in bed, he comes to the top of the bed and kinda kisses me and makes sure I'm okay. It's so sweet!

I go to the doctor tomorrow - I'm due in exactly 2 weeks. I hope I've 'progressed' enough for them to put me in - my 'vessel' is tired!! And I'm ready for Buster and Sophie to meet their new little brother!

Thanks again to everyone - the Love that I feel here is just WONDERFUL! I'll try to keep you all updated and tell you what my furbabies think of their new sibling!

I myself, can't wait to have kids and I think Titan will be a great big brother to them. He's absolutely awesome with my niece and nephew (8and 6), however he's never been around an infant before. But, at x-mas my niece got some new doll that cried and did every sound a real baby makes. At first Titan was kinda scared of it, but he quickly learned to lay by it and protect it as if it was his. And when my nephew got his new puppy Titan protected it like it was his own. I have no problem believing Titan will be protective of me or a baby, just hope he's not too protective.

Hope the baby comes soon for your sake, I know it will be in good hands with you and the dogs. Good Luck!!

I am pregnant and due in 9 days. Our Boxer, Penny, seems to know something is going on. She likes to lay beside me in the bed and rest her head right beside my belly and feel the baby move. She has gotten really protective over me in the past month also, she follows me around the house all the time. I have no worries over bringing the baby home with her here. She's very protective of our son (9 yo) and I feel like she will be the same with the baby. I don't think you should worry about it. You know how your dog is tempered, and you know how your dog will most likely react to the new addition.

Good luck!
