Jackson is a people licker and that's about it. Karma is an object licker and sniffer but not as much of a people licker. She licks windows, her reflection in the mirrow, but licking the walls is my favorite!!

I saw a door mat somewhere--can't remember if it was in a catalog or on the Internet that says "Dog Can't Hold Its Licker".

Maybe we should get one of those for our front door mat!:D

both of my girls love to lick our puppy we actually taught the command KISSES and then she licks you all over, i am talkin bath when someone doesn't want kisses we tell them to tell her NO KISSES and she generaly leaves them alone. the other one we rescued, and she only kisses me and my husband and it is not that often; however she does lick herself and other things. good luck with your licking problem

Gee ...a day without licking in my home is a bad day!!! Rayne licks everything from people, to the walls, to windows. You name it I think she has graced it with her slime!!! Kimber is starting to be a licky dog!! Woo Hooo twice the slime in our house!!

Oh God Trinity licks EVERYTHING! Besides me husband and I, plus any person she comes in contact with, she licks the windows, doors, walls, floors, carpets, anything!!!

Our boy really isn't much of a licker. Only when he's very content and sitting on his daddy's lap, and then he'll mostly lick his own legs or his dad's hands. What's funny is that I think he knows I don't like doggy kisses and so even if I ask for a kiss, he won't lick me (i'm definitely NOT complaining!). But when daddy asks for kisses, he happily obliges!

tank licks and sniffs everything in sight. he is the most curious dog i have ever known. he doesn't often lick our faces, however, unless we ask him for "kisses". :p

Tyson barely EVER licks....BUT my foster Gabe and my other little foster hunk o man MASON are BOTH lickers and I just LOVE it. I was so sad when I just wanted one little kiss for mommy from Ty and he would just sniff my cheek so hard but no kisses. Now I get them all the time. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT. BUT they also know when I say, "Enough kisses" that it's time to stop--or else I know my cheeks would be chapped!
