do females ever stop going into heat

Hello everyone . i have a question that i hope someone can help me with.
i have a 5 year old female fawn boxer , she has never had a litter and i know that it is to late to breed her so i was wondering if they ever with out being spayed if the female ever at some point stop going into heat and stop the bleeding for the heat ? because she was supposed to go in to heat in oct or nov the lastest , but nothing and she was never around and male dogs at all .
any help would be great !

Spay her.

They stop going into heat as soon as you spay them.

Please do a search on spaying, and/or responsible breeding

Another thing to think about, is that older unspayed females are pron to pyrometra, which is a very serious and life threatening uterus infection. Spaying is the best idea.
