:( Our 9 month old Fawn femal like to dig. I hard to catch her in the act. Any one have suggestions for this.

Thanks,
Hap

I would suggest building her a digging pit filled with sand, a place it's ok for her to dig. Put her favorite toys and treats in there and encourage her to dig there.

I read a similar post and it was recommended that you put their own waste in the holes. I haven't tried it, but just thought I'd chime in.

I may have to try that!

She escaped under the fence to go across the street and play with her buddies. She is a Boxer and always one step ahead of us. She is by far the smartest dog we have ever had, that is a good thing and a bad thing, but we do love her.

digging at the fence line

An acquaintance of ours has two boxers who used to like to dig at the fence line. His solution was to buy re-bar at Home Depot and pound it into the ground at the fence line. His dogs can't dig past the re-bar and have since given up.

I have also heard on Animal Planet to put a wire mesh, like chicken wire, where they dig. You will have to dig up the ground, then put the chicken wire down then gross the grass. The wire is unconfortable to the dogs so they will not want to dig in that area.

This of course does not solve the issue of stopping them digging, it only limits them. My guess a combination of the sand pit for digging and the wire mesh should solve your problem.
