Please pray for Hilda. Our 9 yr.(?) rescue that we've had for 2 1/2 years was just diagnosed yesterday w/ a large mass in her ab. We had to make the choice of euthanization or exploratory surgery w/ a 50/50% chance of survival through the operation. We chose to have the operation. Now we are waiting to hear how it goes. She is in surgery as we speak and a phone call now would be bad news, but a phone call at 1:30pm would mean that everything went well. Hogan is beside himself wondering where she is. We weren't allowed to see her before surgery because they didn't want her to think she was coming home right now. I am a mess. Trying to keep busy w/o breaking down again... We need lots of prayers, please.
