dehydrated

Yesterday daisy would not eat or drink, so I took her to the vet and they did blood work, and everything came out ok. But today she still won't eat or drink and is becoming dehydrated. So I am trying to get her to drink by putting water in a syringe. In the past two days she has gone potty only 2 times. Any help would be great or even things she might try to drink to get her undehydrated.

Try ice chips or cubes. When Phoebe was a pup, we got her re-hydrated by ice chips.

thank you. I also called my vet and he told me to try pedialite and she is drinking it right now, and I will do the ice chips also.
