No matter what happens in court continue to work on socialization. I also think that inviting the jogger over would be a bad idea as she will remeber him and this may cause a negative outcome. Maybe if you see him again you can talk and reason with him, but he may not care. My female will bark at passers by and charge to the edge of the yard, but she hasn't done any more than that. A man once threw a rock at Justice and she will probably never forgive him. I tried to introduce them but she would have nothing to do with it. Finally we agreed that he would take another route since he obviously didn't know how to treat dogs in a sensable manner (plus I told him I would begin to throw rocks at him, but I don't suggest anyone to use my tactics in this matter). I don't belive any dog is dangerous without provication, but the judge might have a hard time beliving that. Prepair for a fight as courts are tough on animals, you will likley need to enlist an expert on dog bhavior to win. Sorry to hear about your situation.

I just caught your first thread when you were writting about this happening. You said that she sometimes acts aggressive with other dogs and people for no reason, growling and lunging. I would be worried that if you do take it to court, the guy that got bit could know someone that your girl has acted aggressivly to before, and bring them to court with him. Maybe that is why he is now wanting to report her. I think keeping her in the soccer field for now is what you should do. Hopefully she will geet better with the sit/stay and lessen your worries. Sounds like she was not very socilised at the breeders.
Good Luck!
