Hello again! Hello!....oops, this isn't the Neil Diamond forum, is it? 
Boomer and I will be driving up to Big D Saturday afternoon, and returning to San Antonio either Wed, 26 Dec or Thu, 27 Dec. Would love to get together if possible.

I'll ask this question in this forum since I am surrounded by Texans. Do any of you know of a vet in the Ft. Worth area that is good at cropping ears and is not charging a fortune? I live in Cleburne and my vet does not do it. I have called around in town and I'm hearing $185-$350. I had a friend that had his boxer done at one here in town 2 years ago and it cost him $120. It just so happens that the place he went to is now the place charging $350!!! Why is there such a price increase? Talk to me people.

Mesquite is probably too far from Cleburne, but Dr. Greene did a good job on Rowdy's ears for $150. He has been a vet. since 1956. He does it by "free hand" method. He suggests giving your dog Knox gelatin with his food and massaging his ears every day for a couple of weeks to stimulate cartilage growth in his ears. If you want his information,let me know and I'll look it up.
As for everybody else. I'm off pager the 4th weekend of every month if someone wants to get together and watch the dogs play.

Hey guys,
I try to make it up to Dallas every couple of months. It will probably be late Feb before I make it up next, but I'm more than willing to get together. Rowdy's Dad--my parents live in East Dallas, so I wouldn't be too far from Mesquite.

Boomer and Rowdy have been coming to the bashes still .. the last post here was from 1.02.... we are still meeting at the Connemara Park the last Saturday of the month, every month at 7PM .... you'all come!! so far we have had 7 bashes, and 20 boxers .. check out the BB WebPage Niko Shae has put up of the bashes!

BOXER BASH IN DALLAS
As I read I see I'm behind, but I'm new around here. I have Southpaw who just turned 1 on10/3 who is the most gorgeous fawn and I would love for her to be able to get together with some of her own kind. She's wild and crazy about other dogs, but there isn't anywhere I can usually let her off her leash around here (Grapevine) with other dogs. Please let me know if you guys get together again soon.
