Daisy won't eat

We went out of town for Labor Day from Saturday till Monday. We totally forgot to take Daisy's food with us and so she ended up eating my mom's dog's food. Not a good kind at all(Pedigree dry kibble). Well She ate it Saturday and Sunday. On our way home Monday morning she seemed sick but didn't actually vomit until we got home. It's just been murky water that's coming up. Here is it Wednesday and she still won't eat. When she vomited this morning there were tiny specks of blood.

She has had digestive issues before and the vet said it could be colitis or food allergies. She was having diarreah with blood. We put her on Wolf King and she has been ok since then but with some deadly gas

I even tried some can food this morning and she won't eat it.

What should we do?? Wait it out? She is sleeping most of the day and night but has played with her rope wanting us to throw it for her.

I'd suggest giving her some time (24 hrs +) without food, then try her on something good and bland such as boiled chicken and rice. That's usually good for upset tummies.

If anything looks worse, of course, then a vet visit is in order. But if it's just upset tum, then the best thing is to let her stomach have a rest, then reintroduce food that's pretty bland for a day or two before weaning her back onto her kibble.

She hasn't had any food since Sunday. She is also not drinking. I'm a stay at home mom so I will just keep an eye on her. Are there any signs I should look for that says "Cal the Vet"?
