cushings disease vestoryl

Hello everyone, just need some advice. My baby Harley, 11 1/2 was diagnosed with Cushings disease and was started on med Vestoryl. After taking this for 4 days, he has become lethargic, no appetite, tremors, and today has started bleeding from his behind. Gross but sorry, it is like a gel, not a lot, but I'm very worried. Has anyone dealt with this? If so any advice? He is going back to vet tomorrow, but I'm very worried. Just let me know any information on this. Thank you.

I had a boston terrier with cushing's ,but did not use that particular drug. I would be worried about him having an addisonian crisis. I would hold off on the next dose, until you talk to your vet just to be safe. I hope you are able to get this resolved and he is feeling better soon.

Vet thinks that he has liver failure going on on top of cushings, we have stopped the vestoryl and he is on steroids to help get his appetite back. The outlook is not good. Anyone have any experiences dealing with liver failure? I'm just really at a loss as to what to do.
