Crazy Potato Chasing Cat

Yesterday I came home and found these little poops on the floor! Darn that cat!! Cowboy has made this house his home and is now pooping everywhere! At least I thought so until I picked up the "poop" and discovered it was the blue potato buds I was planning on planting in the spring! He was batting them all over the house. Oh well, at least I wasn't picking up "poops" that turned out to be turned up earth from the airation that we do once a year like my friend did. She spent 3 hours picking up "poop" only to discover that it was just earth. Oh well I guess I was just a . Anyone have a funny cat story?

Both of my cats (now passed to the Bridge) used to sleep curled up in the bathroom sink... it was a perfect fit I guess! I would have thought it would be cold on the ceramic though. One of the same cats used to freak out whenever you would flush the toilet, he would jump up on the seat and try to catch the water as it swirled down...

I hear you! We live with 9 cats, 2 parrots, and 1 dog (soon to be two) so it's hard to tell just what one might find laying around. The craziest was finding parts of a mouse - a foot here, an ear there - in the whirlpool tub. They know that if they take mice into the tub to play, they can't get out :-P. One of the cats, Riley, has a thing about dragging fabric items around the house. He adopted an old button down shirt from a bucket of rags in the basement, drug it up the stairs and through the cat door then and carried it all over the house. When we find it, we toss it back down the stairs for a repeat performance. He has also been known to drag a 2'x3' rubber-backed throw rug from the kitchen through several rooms, leaving at the bottom of the stairs to the second floor. Mind you, he's about a 7-8 pound cat!
Believe me, there is rarely a dull moment around here!
