Crate Training-Should I worry?

yeah i have a nice, comfy, plush bed carpet in the crate because it has a comfy ridge around it (he lovesssss to rest his head on stuff-pillows ). i'm beginning to rethink that hahaha. i have pictures of otis all over also! we bought him 2 weeks before he was born so i have tons of pictures from day one...and they are everywhere hahaha.

Oh gosh! isn't it crazy how much stuff they can get into when they are so tiny!!!! my little 12 pound boy gets into everythingggggg. if i turn my head for one second he drops the toy and heads for something like magazines....a napkin...books. you buy them all these great toys thinking they'll love you for it and a napkin is more entertaining...you've got to love it hahaha.

Haha!! Wait till they get coffee table height!! Then the fun begins!! Luckily it did not take Kirby long to understand the "no" word. Now he just stands there with his chin on the coffee table sying at what he can't have!! it's so funny, he makes me laugh! Then all I have to do, is wipe is slime off the table!!

You will totally get used to it and Otis will learn to like it. We have had Millie for 2.5 months now and it is all about routine, routine, routine. She is finally finally learning to like her crate as she gets a little treat every time she goes in it. She does not cry at all, only when we put her in there when we want to eat dinner on the couch in peace, but even then only for a second. But yes! The first month I was a WRECK! Especially the first week!

Hi!

My pup Laila will be alone starting on Monday and I know I will be super worried just like you! I will also be able to come home at lunch time but I still feel so bad about leaving her. But, everyone I have talked to (friends and family and BW) has said their boxers got used to their crates and seem to feel safe there when they are home alone. Still I am not looking forward to Monday so I understand how you must feel. :(
