Crate divider?

It's about time for Roscoe to transition to the next size crate, as he is getting too big for the one he has. The other crate I have will be too big for him right now, but there is no divider (if there was, it is long gone!) for me to make the space smaller. Any ideas as to what I could use to make the space smaller until he gets bigger?

Sometimes the makers of the crates will sell the dividers separately-you could check out the website of the crate. I know some folks who would use plywood but my girls were such chewers that was never an option for me. Good luck

I'd have to look on the crate to see if there is a brand name on it. The crate was given to me by my sister who's dog didnt need it anymore. You have hit my dilemma right on the head...I dont know what I can use that Roscoe wont destroy or move on his own :)

Sometimes you can make a divider made by a different company fit. Measure the crate very closely and then do a seach on the dividers and see if you can come close. I did this once and after my husband bent a few pieces :) it worked fine. Yes, my girls were and are such chewers! :)

This last weekend I took a piece of plywood and cut it to size. I drilled some holes in the sides of it, and tied it in the crate with Zip Ties. That way as Sid grows, I can move the plywood back until he no longer needs it.

Thankfully, Sid isn't a chewer, so I dont have to worry about that.
