Collars rub his neck raw!

Capone had the same problem and the hemp collar did not work at all the rolled leather worked much better less rubbing I think his neck is ticklish

you mentioned the gl didn't work because of his short snout..... did you try the updated version of the gl??? it has a thinner nose strap so it is more comfortable for boxers and bulldogs. tank has a short snout too and i couldn't use the haltie on him because of this, but the updated gl works like a charm. tank also tends to be rubbed raw by collars.... especially if he is fresh out of the bath and the collar becomes wet. i find it's best to leave him collarless in the house and then i just use gl when outside. so far no rashes since i switched over... (knock on wood )
