Cold food = vomiting

Has anyone ever experienced giving their dog something cold and then they vomit? Brutus likes strawberries. I gave him one that was cold right out of the fridge and he threw up within minutes. This happened once before and that's the only connection I can make. He's eaten a few strawberries before warm w/o a problem. I obviously won't do that again!! Has this happened to anyone else?

I've read that cold food can cause vomiting. I've also heard that feeding cold food and cold water can cause bloat. I don't know if it is true.

Yeah - I finally figured out that giving my Bella ice water is what was making her vomit all the time. I thought I was being nice and considerate; WRONG!!!
