Coats for boxers??

Macon is 2 and last year we lived in Indiana and didn't get her a coat because we didn't have a fenced in yard and she hates the wintertime anyways. But this year we are in Michigan and I grew up here, so I know we'll get a lot more snow, it'll be much colder, and the winter season is much longer, AND we FINALLY have a fenced in yard!

So we ordered a coat from Land's End. I had read a post earlier that someone bought one from there and it fit boxers well, so I ordered one. It should be here soon. We tried some at Petco and Old Navy but they didn't fit the chest and if they did, then the rest was too big. So I hope this works. I think we'll be getting booties too, but from the petstore.

We live in central Alabama. Our weather is not normally extreme, but I bought Drake a really nice cashmere sweater. He's worn it once. I don't think he knew he had it on, but he looked really cute in it!:)

Thank You! These coats look awesome! If the Land's End one doesn't fit I'm definitely ordering one of these! I like them alot better and they are so sytlish :)

WOOHOO!! My baby finally let me put the coat on and didn't fight me about it. Of course it's COLD here tonite so it maybe finally made sense to him.

It took some time but seems like short opportunities to put the coat on and take it off over the last 2 weeks really did some good.

So many people live in areas where it's colder than what the critters can safely tolerate the weather that it's common to see just as many clothes on the dogs as on the people.
