Well the vodka worked to some degree - now I have little pink piles of coloring throughout the dinning room. I really couldn't work much on it, had my company's Christmas party last night, so we'll keep trying. But the next time I work on it I am going to do "a shot for the carpet, a shot for the carpet cleaner" then maybe I won't care anymore about my red and green poke-a-dot carpet!
Clover's little tummy seems fine, thinking maybe the pumpkin cookies she found to be so good, helped a little (they are made with apple sauce and pure pumpkin - only sugar is brown sugar in the icing) :p
I think everyone is right - Clover was just trying to make Christmas extra special and exciting this year!

We did have a nice little chat about asking before painting again, and how paws aren't allowed on the table or counter tops! Of course she gave me the "Mom, come on, you have this all wrong, I swear the green stuff you saw was alien goo, and they were after the gift basket and cookies so I had to protect everything - you were sleeping what else was I suppose to do" look, according to her she is an angle in the matter

We'll see how she does, since her 1st Birthday Party is on the line for the next screw up (I really wouldn't take it away, but I need some ammo!) You all are going to think Clover has no training at all, but last night Geoff woke up to Clover eatting a basket, not a gift basket, just a basket that sits by the fireplace - she decided it would be fun to make wood basket confetti for the living room

I chalk that one up to her not being able to play much yesterday, and spending most of her day in the kennel. OH well! What's a girl to do.
LOL - Christmas should be one exciting year - especially when she meets her brother and sister, Brutus and Ginger, for the first time we we go back home for the Holiays! :D
