chin acne

Help, my Frankie has a cluster of blistery type spots just below his lip and they are giving of a musty type smell. Is this acne? He has one or two dotted about as well, but it's the cluster I'm worried about. They look very squeezable, that's the only way I can describe them (no, I'm not going to squeeze them, I know what this does to human faces :eek: ).

just wanted to thank everyone for there help. Mckayla's chin is looking alot better now. I think its hormonal.

Kira has gotten a few pimples on her face, which I know is normal. However, today I found a pimple on her front paw!
