chewed baseboards

Any suggestions on how to detour 5 month old pups from chewing the corners of baseboards? Lucy has multiple chew toys and varuious other play things but while I'm at work she seems to favor the baseboards.
The vet said she has all of her adult teeth so it's not a teething problem and she doesn't bother them when I'm at home so it's hard to reinforce the "no chew" command. I've tried various products from bitter apple and a spray called Fooey, that is supposed to be guaranteed to stop the chewing and she likes the taste of them!

Same as Sarah-in the crates they go! 5 mos is very young to expect them to not be mischevious :)

Thanks for the crate suggestion. I have no expectaions towards her being mischievous and I have no problem with it. In fact, I would consider there to be something wrong if she wasn't ... specially at her age! I was looking for possible suggestions to detour her from the baseboards without resorting to the crate. As far a I 'm concerned, baseboards are a dime a dozen and easily replaced. It's curbing the actual act that I am hoping to achieve. :)

Don't give up. We are still trying to get Splash to stop attacking the couch and the rug. You just have to divert their attention sometimes. If we can't keep all eyes on him he will go sit in his crate with his toys. Otherwise, we would have a mess on our hands. He loves finding new things to get into. He doesn't seem phased by bitter apple either. Good luck, it will get better at some point.
