Are these skin spots or is it the actual hair that is darker? It is common for Boxers to get 'beauty marks' as they get older. Pearl was solid white when I got her but over the last 6 months she has gotten lots of spots on her skin and a few areas where ten or so hairs are cream colored.

Samantha is a Flashy Fawn and when we brought her home she did not have any spots. She now has several black spots underneath the white hair on her chest and several on her belly. This is normal.

You did state on that Harley has them on his side. What color are these spots and where on his side are they at?

ozzy was pure white when we first got him, he now is covered in spots over his belly ,and on his back under his fur, when he is wet he looks like a dalmation he has hundreds!

Ruby was a peachy colour on her belly when we got her at 9 weeks, now it is quite pigmented, she doesn't have any spots on the white of her chest yet! Her fur has got more little paler flecks running through it too :)

Colby is reverse brindle and I sometimes think he's lighter than when we first got him. He's a year old now and it just seems to me that a little more of his fawn coloring is coming out. He still has a black mask and he's predominantly dark, but his fawn colorings are lighter, at least to me! Maybe it comes with their shedding of their puppy fur into their adult fur...
