Thanks for all of the responses! I thought the sweaters would be a nice touch as well, and putting them in front of the fireplace was actually my mom's idea. I originally wanted to take the picture outside at our front door with our wreath and topiaries, but I had thoughts of terror at them darting off and having to chase them around our neighborhood. I wish y'all could see their collars that I overpaid for at Petsmart, which is my favorite part. Cash's has green, red, and white polka dots and a little flashing light thingy that he managed to break within 3 days. June's is green and red plaid with 4 large jingle bells that are made to look like poinsettias.

It only took about 5 minutes of my husband dangling a beef jerky stick over their heads to get a few good shots. It actually took longer for the fire to get started,. Here's the one we ended up putting on our Christmas card this year:

Cute!!!!! They are so cute. Sometimes it takes food to get them to sit still like that. I know mine won't take a photo unless you dangle food in front of them..then you take a bazillion photos.
