Can't wait to get my boxer baby!

Hi. My name is Elaine and I am the mother of three sweet little boys, 8, 5 and 16 months. I have a male basset hound and a male persian cat. After our last son was born in Dec. 2005 I started researching dog breeds in the quest for a baby girl. After much consideration, we have decided on the boxer! It is the perfect compromise for us- my husband is not a fan of teeny dogs and I want to cuddle my "daughter"!! I want a fawn female and will be ready in about a month. I AM TOTALLY NESTING! We even combined the two younger boys to one room and turned the small bedroom into a family den where SOPHIE's crate will be... I am purchasing necessities here and there (and of course some very non-necessities!) and want to have everything ready, just like when my other babes came home for the first time. I am so happy to finally be buying some pink! :) Would love to hear suggestions as to what other boxer parents find helpful/useful.
