Does anyone here know if black licorice is bad for dogs? Let me know please, I cannot find anything online about it. Thanks!

My dog and cat are both obsessed with licorice, (the regular flavor). I bite off a small piece of both ends and make a makeshift straw and blow at them. They go nuts and can't wait for "their" piece.

I have never heard of it being bad but I guess I never really looked for it either. They don't get enough very often for any damage.
