I am so sorry to hear this news and can't imagine the hurt you must be feeling. Try to take this time and create many new beautiful memories for you two and just savour the precious time you have together. Hang in there and know that all of us here at BW are thinking of you both

I am so very,very sorry to hear about Copper.
I don't know what can be said to help you, we lost Morrissey to a brain tumor in April and I know how hard it is for you.

I was digging through some stuff the other night and found my album of pictures of Copper from when she was a baby . As soon as they get my scanner set up at work, I'll post them!
Again, thanks for all of the happy thoughts and prayers. I bought her some Innova treats last night and she was drooling for them ... that and the peanut butter for her medicine ... it's like a pool of slobber!
I also talked to my youngest child, my daughter, Cassie (6 years old). I asked her if she was sad that Copper was sick and she said "no". I asked her if she would be sad when Copper died and she said "yes ... I will miss her". She wanted to know if she was going to die from her twisted stomach. I told her no, but that they had found a spot when the operated. Cassie is extremely bright, so I'm waiting for more questions to come. I still need to talk to my 8 year old son, Brennan. That will be tonight ... :(

There may be hope
My baby, Sophie was diagnosed after many tumor surgeries as having lymphoma. She is now 8 yrs old. She was diagnosed with 6 mths to live in January of 2005. Her little tail is still wiggling, she is having normal functions , and licks me on a daily basis. We are happy to have her every day. When the day comes that she cannot be our happy Sophie anymore, we will help her cross the bridge.
