Well, I don't have any details yet- but I was told that it might take up 8 weeks - depending on what they need to get. I'll let you all know ...and it's a Toronto news station; City tv.
Yesterday I got refered to a great vet who is in the process of writing a paper on the pit bull ban in Ontario. She does a lot of work with rescue animals - and she is very opinionated when it comes to irresponsible breeding. She is willing to help in anyway she can - so I'm very happy about that.

Good for you, and it sounds like you've done your homework.
This "breeder" is in Toronto?... could you be more specific I would like to make a visit as well.
Is City-TV affiliated with any of the networks ( CBC, CTV or Global )? It would be better to get this story out beyond Toronto.

A few warnings!!
I'm very happy to hear your going after them! We did the same thing t o our breeder, and the news story sucessfully made hte breeders FINALLY register our Jasmine (took them 7 months to finally do it).
I will give you a warning though... Be VERY careful not to Slander the breeders!! Only tell pure facts and dont say anything about their character, we were also forwarned of this before we did our interview and it saved our asses! The breeders attempted to sue us for Slander, but we never said anything about their character or anything else that they could get us for. Also, the news broadcaster will tend to twist your words (they used half of one sentence and half of another to make it look like I said something I didn't, remember that they are NOT on your side... They just want to produce more news). Be ready for that... I was pretty shocked!

I'm itching to know who it is too but it might be best to keep things under wraps till after the interview. If a bunch of us suddenly show up at their door complaining about the conditions, it might tip them off before the interview can be done. We don't want to give them any warning
